At Church Street, we divide our products into six categories: Stylistically, we offer beers that fall into most, if not all, major brewing traditions.

Brewcifer Hazy Double IPA
A hazy IPA with an absolutely sinister amalgamation of hops, featuring citra, mosaic, galaxy and falconer’s flight. With almost entirely whirlpool and dry hop additions, Brewcifer pushes the limits of what is possible in a Hazy IPA.
Conor McRedder Vanilla Red Ale
A classic European style brew that uses 100% UK hops, Maris Otter, Crystal and Vienna Malts. Notes of caramel, toffee and buttered toast provide for a smooth and complex flavor profile – topped with a creamy head.
Devil’s Advocate Belgian Style Ale
What happens when you take a ton (literally) of Pilsen malt, mash it, boil it up, add 500lbs of Belgian candi and cane sugars, and then unleash a ferocious Belgian yeast upon it? The answer: A funky, spicy, and dangerously drinkable brew!
Different Not Broken Cream Ale
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at 815 Brewing, this is Church Street’s take on what is rapidly becoming one of, if not the, craft beer style most associated with the Midwest. Smooth, with enough flavor to stand up to bold food pairings, a portion of the proceeds from each sale support Autism programs in the Rockford area.

One of Germany’s quintessential beverages. Utilizing old world decoction-mashing techniques for a truly unique sweet malt character, this gentle drink also features a straw colored-clarity that’s clearly heavenly.
Lil Lucy Session Hazy IPA
A session hazy IPA. We blended Mosaic, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops for a tropical themed IPA, with notes of pine, mango, and an array of berries, balanced with a modest grain bill. Sniff. Sip. Repeat!
Righteous Red Ale
A classic European style brew that uses 100% UK hops, Maris Otter, Crystal and Vienna Malts. Notes of caramel, toffee and buttered toast provide for a smooth and complex flavor profile topped with a creamy head.
These beers often experience sharp seasonal spikes in demand, making their annual release an exciting event for the brewery and our customers.
Cerbierus Lactose-Free Hazy IPA (Fall)
This highly experimental Hazy IPA uses advanced hop products and Omega’s Cosmic Punch Ale Strain to dial up hop notes and flavors. A three-headed dry hop of Vic Secret, Kohatu, and Citra creates flavors of fresh pineapple and citrus. Flaked wheat provides a full, smooth body with NO dairy needed. Enjoy!
Church Street Pils (Summer)
Our proprietary yeast strain along with the Czech Saaz hops produces a pilsner that is completely unique to this side of the pond. The rich malt character of a Czech Style Pilsner is derived from our European brewing techniques (decoction mash brewing) which comes through at first, followed by the crisp hop bitterness of a German Pilsner. After drinking this beer, Chuck predicts that you’ll want another. Prost!
Hauch von Himmel Hefeweizen (Spring)
A classic Bavarian style hefeweizen, unfiltered and highly carbonated with notes of banana and clove. Hazy golden in color, utilizing a decoction mash, Andechs Weiss yeast and Noble hops for a delicious, refreshing, and traditional summertime brew.
Itascafest Marzen (Fall)
A truly traditional German Marzen/Oktoberfest featuring a pure amber clarity. A subtle, toasty aroma with a hint of caramel, and a rich, deep malt character fully fleshed out with a double decoction mash and Weyerman’s world class German malt. Prost!
Real Beer (Summer)
Our incredible Sales Rep, Don “The Legend” Bergstrom resurrects his favorite early Church Street recipe once a year to unleash on the unsuspecting populace. The name says it all.
Touch of Mango (Spring)
A classic Bavarian style hefeweizen, unfiltered and highly carbonated with notes of banana and clove. Hazy golden in color, utilizing a decoction mash, Andechs Weiss yeast and Noble hops for a delicious, refreshing traditional summertime brew with mango added!
We start with a perfectly balanced Kettle Sour and add fruit and natural spices during fermentation to create one of the region’s most sought-after fruited sours.

Blueberry Strawberry Lemonade
Our brewers pour their hearts and souls into the recreation of historic and/or obscure beer styles with spectacular results. We usually collaborate with other local craft breweries in order to share these tradtional syles with an even wider audience.
